Excellent home in a great location. The home is modern and has everything you need for your stay, beds are very comfy and beautiful views. Donato was very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. Close to the train but also parking available too Would definitely recommend and visit again x

Hai trascorso un ottimo soggiorno al Donato ‘s Dervio. La casa era molto bella, arredata con gusto, completamente rispondente alle nostre esigenze. Molto tranquillo, facilmente raggiungibile in treno o in traghetto a tutte le attrazioni del Lago di Como. L’host Donato è molto reattivo. Ha risposto rapidamente ai messaggi prima e durante il soggiorno. Ti consiglio di soggiornare qui!

Les hôtes étaient très sympathique et réactif. Le logement était impeccable et tellement propre, rénové avec des matériaux de qualité, même si nous n’avons pas pu en profiter à cause d’un départ précipité. A refaire

Wir konnten unmittelbar nach Ankunft das Haus über ein Code-Schloss betreten. Das Haus ist wunderschön renoviert, viel Holz, modern und schön ausgestattet. Der Weg zum Haus führt durch eine enge Gasse, die jedoch mit einem Mercedes EQB mit etwas Vorsicht gut passierbar war. Es gibt tolle Restaurants im Ort ( le Vele, urban fish, alla sostra take away) . Im Alimentari Sala, konnte man tolle Wurst und sehr guten Käse sowie andere lokale Spezialitäten finden. Das Haus ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und man erreicht den See in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß.

The newly renovated apartment provided everything we needed for a perfect holiday. With spotless rooms, a shaded terrace, and a well maintained garden, it offered a comfortable retreat. The location is ideal, nestled near the shores of Lake Como, where you can enjoy lush, grassy beach areas and a range of activities from surfing to sailing. The host is very friendly, helpful and responsive.

Very nice place. We could walk to and swim in the lake—just a 3-minute walk. Then, we had dinner at a nearby restaurant. The supermarket was also close by. Donato was very friendly, and I warmly recommend the stay.

Wir waren Anfang August für 3 Tage in Dervio und waren sehr zufrieden mit Wohnung, Ausstattung und Lage. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der oberen Etage und dem Dachgeschoss eines Reihenhauses. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, zum Strand sind es etwa 5 min zu Fuß. Donato wohnt in der Nähe und war für uns immer kurzfristig ansprechbar.

Great place! Easy to find, very spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay, no complaints at all. Also, the host was very friendly! Hopefully we will be coming back 🙌

Ottimo appartamento con tutti i comfort necessari

Locatie was boven verwachting, Dervio is een plek om even uit te drukte te gaan. Locatie van het appartement is op loopafstand van het meer wat ideaal is. Bovenste verdieping was pas gerenoveerd dus dat zag er super uit. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van airco’s. Wij komen zeker terug.

We had a great stay at Golden Lake 2. This is a modern, just-renovated top-half of a house, split on two floors and with a separate entrance. The house had just finished renovations (still smelled of “new”), with a couple of minor things still to be fixed, but Donato was a fantastic host, very communicative and ensuring that everything went smoothly. For a holiday house it has plenty of amenities which are not so common in the area — we definitely enjoyed and took advantage of the top-notch air conditioning these hot August days. The kitchen has no oven but a modern induction hob (and a handy microwave). The area is very nice, just a couple minutes walk from the beautiful lakeside. On top of that, Donato is very personable and approachable. Recommended!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der sehr schicken und komfortablen Wohnung gefühlt!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einem schönem altem restauriertem Gebäude. Liegt direkt am Wanderweg und nur 10 min zu Fuß zum See.

Love the help that we had. I know that Italian people don’t speak English very much but they really try and that’s great. When we had a trouble with AC, the owner came and fixed everything for us.

We had a lovely stay! Great base for exploring lake Como. Not as busy as other towns but has all the amenities and a few nice restaurants 😊 would visit again.

Le logement est conforme à la description, situé dans un village agréable. Le logement est neuf et bien équipé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement.

Beautiful house looks to be freshly renovated. Fully equipped kitchen. Great location, close to shop and restaurants. The town looks quiet and not as crowded as the others on the lake. Overall I recommend this place we had a very good time 🙂

Sehr schöne, kleine Wohnung. Mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Den Abend kann man in der Abendsonne auf der Terrasse ausklingen lassen. Dervio ist ein super Ausgangspunkt. Ob für Wanderungen oder für Besichtigungen aller Art. Der Bahnhof ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Im Ort gibt es alles was man benötigt, Lebensmittelgeschäft, Lokale, Bäckerei und Eisdiele. Check in hat super geklappt und bei Fragen wurde uns direkt geholfen.

while the place was absolutely lovely. Lisa was INCREDIBLE. so helpful. when we could find washing up liquid. she was there to help. when we couldn’t find more loo roll in dervio. she was there to help. so kind and sweet, went above and beyond to help 3 travelling teens : )) 100% would recommend!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Die Kommunikation auf AirBnB, als auch vor Ort mit den Zuständigen und dem Besitzer liefen problemlos und alle waren auch sehr hilfreich und bemüht. Man ist sehr schnell am See gewesen und hatte auch gute Möglichkeiten in die nächstgelegenen Städte zu reisen.

We really enjoyed our stay in “Scalotta”, a very nice house that we highly recommend. The house is spacious and was fully renovated in 2022 with charm. The combination of wood and stones creates a cozy atmosphere (“chalet-type”) while being new and modern. The house is divided into two flats (two kitchens, two bathrooms, two terraces) which could be ideal for two families. It is well located in a quiet area and close to everything (restaurants, grocery stores, lake, public transport). Marco and Grazia (responsible for the house) and the house’s owner were all friendly and available for us. We also found that Dervio was the perfect village to visit the Lake Como region: less touristic than other villages but with everything you need, easily accessible by public transport (train station, buses and ferries), close to the mountains and the lake. A bit sad that we only stayed 3 nights…. We would love to come again!
