On the second floor we find a two-room apartment on two floors, which can accommodate up to six beds; in addition a bright bathroom with window equipped with all comforts.
In the entrance area there is the dining room with kitchen and a sofa bed; the two very large French windows contribute to making the environment brighter, while on the second floor, an entirely wooden mezzanine houses the bedroom with rear windows that allow you to sleep under the stars.
From the apartment there is direct access onto a wooden balcony, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the lake, and then onto a private terrace of approximately 50 m2, with a large dining table which offers the possibility of outdoor dinners and deckchairs for enjoy the sun and the fresh breeze that rises from the lake during the day and descends from the neighboring chestnut and rubine woods in the morning and evening in complete relaxation. Inside the structure there is a storage room for sports equipment and if necessary you will also find the possibility to charge e-bikes. For your cars (max 3) there is a private parking area, and for those who are more environmentally conscious there is also a column to recharge your e-cars, making your stay more confortable.
On the rock walls surrounding the house, the modeling work carried out over the millennia by the glacier that gave rise to the current Lake Como is clearly visible. These forms constitute a true masterpiece of natural sculpture.
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire chalet and outdoor spaces. They will have access to the structure with automated opening devices for the main door and other entrance doors which open with a code which is transmitted to the guest once they have checked in online.
